Goddess Tea

Organic herbal tea to support the female physiology from puberty onwards with it's anti-inflammatory, calmative and detoxifying properties. 

Ingredients: Lemongrass, Stinging Nettle, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Lady's Mantel, Dandelion, Ginger, Yarrow & Rose Petals

Lemon Grass is known for it's antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It aids digestion and stabilises blood sugar and is known to ease PMS symptoms.

Stinging Nettle is known for it's cleansing and detoxifying properties and eases arthritis, hay fever, asthma, eczema, and reduces mucus which may be trapped in the bronchi and lungs. 

Chamomile well known for it's calmative, relaxing and anti-inflammatory properties eases menstrual pain, indigestion and gastric issues. It also aids in reducing anxiety and supporting healthy sleep. 

Lemon Balm known for relieving tension, insomnia and stress reactions and may aid concentration and memory. It is also known to have a positive effect on heart and circulatory health.

Lady's Mantel reduces period pain and excessive bleeding and eases symptoms of puberty and menopause. It is known to reduce the likelihood of miscarriage and and strengthens the foetus and uterus. It is also used in the treatment of a prolapsed uterus and hernia as well as diarrhoea, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and is used to strengthen the heart. 

Dandelion is the best herb to treat kidney and liver illnesses, and is a powerful diuretic and detoxifier as it doesn't leach potassium from the body like conventional diuretics do. It is helpful in treating rheumatism and acts as a powerful blood purifier. 

Ginger is known for it's anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties but also helps manage weight, stabilise blood sugar levels and support heart health.

Yarrow is an anti-inflammatory herb useful to treat diarrhoea, flatulence, gastrointestinal inflammation, stomach cramps and menstrual pain. It has mild sedative properties that may prevent insomnia. 

Rose petals bring a lovely spot of colour to this blend of green herbs but are also hailed for soothing anxiety, reducing stress, improving digestion, soothing menstrual cramps and their tea is high in antioxidants, anti-microbial properties and vitamin C.
